Many refineries lack the capacity to process the heavy components of the crude oil. Consequently, in some parts of the world, these components are dumped out in the open and in such quantities that massive oil lakes have formed, causing considerable environmental problems.
We have developed a system of collection, filtering containment, treatment and separation of the crude coming from the pits, which could be marketed as upgraded crude
There are wells that present a high level of complexity which requires a specific evaluation from its functional characteristics to economic profitability.
Wells that have high pressure, high H2S content, very low mobility but have a production capacity that make it profitable, TDWS can install a treatment and processing system at the wellhead to correct each one of the problems, before This must be transferred to the flow stations or tank yards.
The process of bioremediation of soils, waters, tanks and pits, in most cases encompasses a series of activities that can regularly be listed as follows:
Soils and Pit Lakes
· Delimitation of the area
· Excavation of the soil to reach depth not affected
· Remove contaminated soil and load on trucks
· Large amount of personnel for excavation by hand
· Move contaminated soil to incineration facility
· Burning contaminated soil (transfer of soil pollution to the sky)
· Replacement of sand excavated by sandy material
· End of the process.
Water bodies and lakes:
· Delimit the area with floating barriers
· Place absorbent material (manpower)
· Place absorbent or coagulant components
· Collection of contaminated material
· Transfer of contaminated material
· Processing and disposition
Our process through the use of Omega GreenClear:
· Cordoning the area
· Perform penetration coredrills
· Engineering evaluation
· Start sprinkling on contaminated soil or water
· Waiting for deconstitution
· Evaluate product action and take samples of treated soil
· End of the process.
Omega GreenClear by Biograss breaks complex hydrocarbon chains and transforms it into a fertilizer base.
Upgrading means using fractional distillation and/or chemical treatment to convert bitumen so it can be handled by oil refineries. At a minimum, this means reducing its viscosity so that it can be pumped through pipelines (bitumen is 1000x more viscous than light crude oil). However this process often also includes separating out heavy fractions and reducing sulfur, nitrogen and metals like nickel and vanadium.
Upgrading may involve multiple processes:
Vacuum distillation to separate lighter fractions, leaving behind a residue with molecular weights over 400.
De-asphalting the vacuum distillation residue to remove the highest molecular weight alicyclic compounds, which precipitate as black/brown asphaltenes when the mixture is dissolved in C3–C7 alkanes, leaving "de-asphalted oil" (DAO) in solution. A mixture of propane and butane will remove metallic compounds that would interfere with hydrotreating.
Cracking to break long chain molecules in the DAO into shorter ones.
Hydrotreating may also be employed to remove sulfur and reduce the level of nitrogen.

The improving system employs a chemical and physical procedure capable of substantially reducing the components that make acid and viscous to this oil. Two harmful qualities, as the first corrodes refinery facilities and the second makes it difficult to move through the pipes
Wells are classified in two categories, injection wells and disposal wells. The first (injection) are used to maintain the production of oil wells by pushing the water layer that is below the producing sand creating a sweep of the reservoir. Water disposal wells on the other hand is a well that manages the water obtained from oil production and passed through the washing tank. There are regulations by which oil producing companies with high water and sediment cuts must dispose of their residual water effectively to avoid closing oil wells due to the difficulty of reinjecting the water into the disposal wells.
