Golf-2. Line Out. + mobility - paraffin & Asphaltene


Golf-2 ® has been designed to avoid the formation of paraffin from the production head to the processing units of the refineries. For the formulation of this product, variables such as loss of temperature during the transport process, decrease of product mobility, formation of scale due to the compositional factor, product compatibility to facilitate the separation of phases among others were considered. Sampling of the fluid (oil) is required in most cases to determine effective concentrations of product 

Viscosity Reducer / Defoamer

The transfer from the well to the tankyards represents a challenge in the case of heavy and extra-heavy crude. Traditional practices include the use of solvents such as Naphtha. Practical operational cases have shown that the use of solvents in combination with heavy crudes can create encapsulation of the emulsions which allows them to go through the heating process, separation until reaching the recovery process of Naphtha which, once done, will show a high cut of water that could not be determined in the transfer process. Likewise, the use of solvent products in most cases creates compositional variations in the oil, which cannot guarantee a physical-chemical stability of the product.

In TDWS we have developed a mixed product that efficiently reduces the viscosity of the crude, improves its separation, inhibits the appearance of asphaltenes and paraffins in the transfer line and substantially decreases the use of solvents, another of the features that our product has, is to provide the possibility of increasing the volume of crude produced as our product becomes miscible in the crude oil which allows the economic sustainability of the project.

Treat scales and incrustations in flow lines are part of the routine operational practices, pigging, acidification, line displacement are very common terms in the production operators, for it must take out of service the transfer lines and make operational stops very expensive.


The principle of miscibility in oil makes Golf-2 an ideal product for production processes since it should not be recovered from oil, the mixture of crude oil and Golf-2 is a more mobile crude, less viscous, has less of associated water and due to its components is a friendly environmental product which facilitates its management.

To apply Golf-2 it is not necessary to make equipment stops, this can be poured into the production stream and has the same effectiveness.

RHD (Rotating Hose Device) / Composite Technology.

Hydroblasting services, regularly means large mobilizations of equipment and resources, dismantling equipment, large procurements and other operational challenges.

RHD is a compact and easy-to-use tool, which provides an efficient way to clean pipe. The hose unit can be either air or hydraulically driven, allowing operators to easily feed high-pressure hose in and out of pipe. The automated feeding and retrieving action eliminates the physical strain placed on personnel of pulling hose under high-pressure. Additionally, the hose rotation can be adjusted between 8-100 RPM. The rotating device causes the nozzle to travel along the inner diameter of the pipe, which improves cleaning coverage, while also helping the nozzle navigate around tight bends and curves. When coupled with an NLB line mole nozzle, the NLB RHD is the ideal system for hard to clean pipes.

V-18R Gel.- is an exothermic gel designed to clean production lines by generating pressure and temperature on site, the gelled feature can improve the drag of non-dilutable particles such as sediment that can be recovered kilometers away without major drawbacks.

The Gel V-18R generates a pressurized environment with temperature regulated up to 360 degrees Celcius that dilutes petrified inlays in the lines and drags the particles to one end of it for its collection.
