Washing tanks operate with half a part of water and the other part is covered by oil, the crude oil is fed through the lower part by means of distributors, the water that comes with the oil gets in contact with the water inside the container so that the coalescence of the water is carried out, and from the top, there is the oil outlet. For greater water-oil separation efficiency, chemicals that break the emulsion are used.

Golf-2 .- is a product that is able to increase the efficiency of separation of water and oil, instead, attack simple emulsions of crude oil in water or raw water.

Our product attacks in the same way, more complex emulsions product of the use of crude improvers, dispersants, clarifiers, corrosion inhibitors, among others no less important.

The retention times in the tank yards depend on the separation efficiency of the process to provide a stream of crude as marketing, this process can regularly take 7 to 10 days per pothole.

Golf-2 is a product that can decrease the retention times in the tank yards to three days in the longest time, the volume used to improve the separation, to avoid the formation of precipitates in the walls of the tanks can be recovered as volume of crude improved after treatment.

Viscosity Reducer / Asphaltene & Paraffin Inhibitor

The volumes of crude coming from production processes by steam injection in most cases end up in a tank yard.


The loss of temperature of the crude oil creates ideal conditions for the formation of hydrates, the presipitation of paraffins and asphaltenes as well as the increase in the viscosity of the crude oil.


Tank heating systems lose efficiency due to the formation of asphaltene flakes that act as an insulating barrier that prevents the exchange of heat between the coils and the tank oil.


The viscosity reducing product developed by TDWS is the top product in the line of demulsifiers that improves the separation process and, in return, dilutes the scale on the walls of the tank; with the ability to reduce the viscosity of crude oil and guarantee the flow and separation of crude oil.
